Can't be something you do, you know, once a month. Right. And our bodies love rhythm. They love routine and it loves consistency. It's the brain where we have to get this idea across. The body loves it. But your brain, brain sometimes, as we know, is running on so many different channels at the same time. So that's why you want to discern sometimes with some assistance what really is in your best balanced interest. Take what you want but you will pay.
