A lot of what you write in the book is based on interviews that you did with a variety of different people in Argentina. So can you tell us more about your experience of doing these interviews? What was it like? What were some of the, you know, the good and bad aspects of it? And maybe some of your favorite anecdotes that you got out of some of the people that you got to interview? Yes. I think I arrived to my field work quite, I mean, not raw, but naive, like very inexperienced. The first thing that I learned through it and I was very lucky to meet some people that were very, very keen in teaching me what agricultural production was like
