I'm Never Going to Put Limits on Myself Ever Again

Nadia husein is a face all of us will know. But what i wasn't expecting from this bubbly, onscreen persona was her 36 year battle with anxiety. As a bangladashy woman, nadia grew up with there not even being a word or a phrase for mental health amongst her community. The mine set she finds herself in to day, i hope, will give solace and comfort to any one who might find themselves in the same situation. I came away from our conversation thinking about how far society has come when talking about mental health, but also how far we have to go.
