You Start and You Learn and You Figure It Out
The original idea for Netflix was that there might be an interesting way to do video rental other than walking into a blockbuster. And we were very comfortable trying one thing after another for years until we eventually got to something that actually was a repeatable, scalable model. How I think about my website too. The envelope went through probably six or seven hundred iterations to get it to the point that well, the way it is now, they still have red envelopes. But you know, it's been evolved tremendously. You start and you learn and you figure it out.
