Hiring too quickly is easy to do, because you're under a lot of pressure. Every hire is actually an investment into the business and you should be making sure that you're getting a return on that investment. If people aren't pulling their weight, then they needo, they need to leave the company. The higher your ratio of revenue to employees, the better you're doing. That's the path to being profitable from an early stage.

We've cut down the fifth week of lectures to be even shorter and combined them into one podcast.
