Silent Hill 2 Remake

This is a full remake using Unreal Engine 5. They talked about using a lot of the Unreal Engine 5 features that Epic Game has been talking about for the past year. So it looks good from the trailer that we've seen, but that's all we have so far. And why don't we have a remake of one before? Like why do people want Silent Hill 2 specifically?
