Do We Misuse the Model?

We don't use the model to try to manipulate and control other people. That's a misuse of it. It might not be the right tool for everyone. You can't really coach people against their will. So does the model lack in compassion? No. But do we sometimes misuse it that way? Yes. I'm so glad that my friend asked me this question, because i like to pause and reflect and make sure i'm using it in the most useful way.
