In most cities, it is cheaper to rent than buy a home. The cost of buying on a monthly basis for the typical home in Phoenix and prevailing mortgage rates is 1.800 per month. Cost to buy over last year and a half is way higher than the cost to rent when that wasn't the case historically. So more homeowners or renters are feeling like I should say, wait a minute, rents are starting to go down in Phoenix. You know, Dallas is another market where you could see something similar happening.
