Jujitsu - Is There Any Isolation?

I think the biggest thing with weight training is just to make sure it's not a hindrance of the main thing that you want to do. I don't really do a lot of isolated move. The most isolated movement I might have done in the past was taking a kettlebell and doing an extension, but I'll do it when I'm on my knees. So like the quads, there's like what you'll see an isolated movement here, but what I'm really focusing on is the position of my rib cage or keeping the platform below my elbows together.
