FSIAD: Female Sexual Interest and Arousal Disorder
There's a medical condition that used to be called HSDD, hypoactive sexual desire disorder in women. It's now called FSIAD, female sexual interest and arousal disorder. One of the criteria for diagnosing that is that women lack sexual fantasies or sexual thoughts. In a way, fantasy or thinking about sex is healthy and normal. You may have a medical condition if you have not had sexual interests or had not had sex for six months.
