The Importance of Soft Skills in Leadership

M, i think soft skills are not recognized and rewarded as much as they could be in business. I've personally had to really lean into that soft skill, especially in the us. Last summer, after george floyt was murdered, we had a lot of convers tions at ideo around race in the work place. And it was very clear at that time that we couldn't continue business as normal. We had to stop. M, so for sure, when people are self centring that we're losing the good stuff.
