How to Run a City in Overland
Running cities is a particularly difficult challenge in fantasy role-playing games. There are so many variables that there's usually not anything in the way of you making those choices. Cities can go anywhere, and the characters can split up and go in multiple directions. When you run a city, it can be paralyzing both for GMs who are running it and for players deciding where to go.
