Is Your Part-Time Employee Going to Have Their Anniversary Next Year?

The SEP says, same rule for part-time. You have three-year part-time employee. You're out of the SEP, but they give you two years on the full-time. So, if your full-time employee is going to have their anniversary next year and you're just hired them, you're okay. That qualify that solo is not working. Yeah. And I'd say it's really, it's just 12 months from when they started.
