When you learn to love yourself, that's the same process you're going to use for someone else. Because it's hard to love somebody else any more than we can love ourselves. The Vedas talk about this third stage and I spend a lot of time researching it to understand it. And what it came out to me is that before the fourth stage, which is the final stage, there is a stage of healing from love.

What’s the connection between love and the brain?
