The League of Nations After World War One
After tolstoy, lots of new activists really focus on peace and struggle to bring it. And they propose things like an arbitration arrangement. They s the league of nations after world war one which wilson had hoped would settle belligerency for good. The trouble is, america isn't willing to join the league of nation and serve as a guaranteur of that european peace. It seems like the other side ogenda and a mask for their totalitarianism. I mean, the soviet claims to be a peace power. But compared to the united states, it's not in doing big military intervention globally.
