The Incompatibility of EU Law and UK Primary Legislation
If a minister thinks that rather a dusty piece of primary legislation from this country is not really up to the job, they can't assert the supremacy. They have to identify individual provisions in both. So there's a sort of incompatibility finding between EU law and UK primary legislation. The bill creates a new power for the courts to make what's going to be called incomp compatibility orders.
