We'll have a link in the show notes to be able to download that. And as always, I hope you've enjoyed this part two of our new beginnings series next week in part three. We're talking about confidence, but in a pretty counterintuitive, maybe contrarian way, especially compared to a lot of stuff you've heard about confidence out there on the interweb. But what we know is that the ability to develop, to cultivate confidence in different areas of your life can be pretty important, but also pretty elusive. And there's a lot of misinformation about what does and doesn't work. So we'll dive into that in our next episode. Be sure to follow the show so that you do not miss an episode of this powerful series. I'll see you next time. by executive producers, Lindsay Fox, and me, Jonathan Fields. Editing help by Alejandro Ramirez, Christopher Carter crafted our theme music. And special thanks to Shelley Dell for her research on this episode. And of course, if you haven't already done so, please go ahead and follow Good Life Project in your favorite listening app. And if you found this conversation interesting or inspiring or valuable, and chances are you did since you're still listening here, would you do me a personal favor, a seven second favor and share it? Maybe on social or by text or by email, even just with one person. Just copy the link from the app you're using and tell those you know, those you love, those you want to help navigate this thing called life a little better so we can all do it better together with more ease and more joy. Tell them to listen. Then even invite them to talk about what you've both discovered because when podcasts become conversations and conversations become action, that's how we all come alive together.
