I think one of the biggest challenges is that technology is evolving at the pace that our culture, our moral compass, our ability to adapt cannot follow. I truly believe that our profession will be core of the organizations because everything in the quality level will be projects. What is not a project will be done by machines. That's a really unique position to take when so many companies are switching over to a productized approach to work.
