Is Your Diet Pro-Aging?

Exercising is pro-aging. The vast majority of us, however, are under exercising. You're not afraid of fat in this diet. There's plenty of it. And we think, you know, especially choosing omega-3s and choosing some of the smarter sixties and saturates can be beneficial. We've looked at caloric restriction. Chloric restriction definitely slows biological age as measured by DNA methylation, for sure.
