The Importance of Podcasting in Team Coaching

Christor: I think through a podcast, since this is such an underexplored area in both the practice literature as well as in the research and academic literature, I think there's a lot we all can learn together. So on a weekly basis on Thursdays, you can expect a new episode of the team coaching zone podcast. Each episode will have three parts to it. In the first part, we're gonna get to know the team coach. Learn about them professionally, personally, how they got into team coaching. And then really in the heart of the podcast, dig into what I'm gonna call the hits and misses.
