Is There a New Caliber of Bishops in the Die Castry?

There hasn't been an appointment of a bishop in the die cast and bishop in the United States since the summer break. There's not a new cadre of priests who meet that criteria that are suddenly going to come online in the next three years. They're either going to have to loosen the criteria or start fishing in a different pool if they're going to get the kind of trend they want.
