The Importance of Moral Grammar in Language

The idea is that we might be able to make progress in the study of moral judgment by drawing on some of these ideas. So if it's an empirical claim, you must have some evidence, I assume. What's your evidence? Yes, so there's actually quite a lot of evidence that young children are what I would call intuitive lawyers. They make moral judgments in ways that are surprisingly sophisticated That seem to rely on rules and principles that not only adults use in their everyday practice, but even rules and principle that legal systems use.
