You Don't Have to Suffocate It, but There's Liberation in It
i've definitely had this situation where shame stops you from talking. And alongside the shame, you've also got a really complicated flavor of grief going on. It's not straight up grief, which is as herendous as it gets anyway. But you've got grief tinged with anger, resentment. I don't know if this is just still past tense, or if this is something you're still working no, it's, it's still there. Even though it is extremely hard work, always worth working through it. andt ain't ow.
