What's Up With Quarkbot?

Quarkbot is now apparently being distributed via malicious one note notebooks at least according to a report by Sophos. There are some reports of spam that sort of solicits the nations to crypto coin addresses for donations and I doubt they are legit. As usual be careful who you're giving your money to. And then I also released the latest and for now the last episode of packet Tuesday has been fun to produce these problems.
