Is It a Great Job?
I was recruited from India 12 years ago. Out of the 10 people who were recruited as the same cohort, only 2 people sadly staying in NHS. I feel really crying sometimes. Sitting there and listening to live stories where if the pay is delayed by one day, people won't be able to come to work because they don't have even the best way to get to work. We are seeing resignation letters in which people clearly say the cost of living prices with this pay. We can't stay at work. For God's sake, nurses. It's literally the people that wipe your ass when you're in a hospital. What do you want to do? How do I get a shot?
