Telepathy and Telepathy, You Know?

It's weird that the telepathy thing always gets kind of wrapped around the woo side of UFOs and extraterrestrial. But to me, it makes the most sense, right? If the technology can reach that point, that's got to be way more effective than speaking or making noises with your mouth. So I don't know, that seems way more the nuts and bolts aside,. Just kind of beyond our current understanding with technology and stuff.
