We're built to see agency in places, so we're going to feel that emotion there. I don't think though that the feeling is that you are dwelling on how little you had to do with it. It's more just grateful for what the world has given you. Yeah. Because when we, so a lot of this research, we wanted to show that it wasn't just about feeling good. We find very distinct effects between gratitude and happiness.
