I think smart, specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time bound is the one that i most often use. We have to have, yes, pacific goals and things that excite you. I've been there two years, and i went from crummy, crummy,. crummy spanish to fluent because of my goals that i had set for myself from the beginning, exactly. They have to be specific. And so i talk about the smart goal as well as a lot of home mani imersions like japanese week end or ancient greek. It's something that you get excited by - it's cool when you're thinking about it.
