I don't think the parent caused it, but i think, i it's a relationship struggle. We want them to gaze inward first. How do you help those kids gaze outward? Ha, ha, ha. And then my kid has to learn to tolerate the distress of other people kind of getting what they want. You have to regulate your distress before you have empathy for someone else. So we skip that step with those kids. I think we skip it because it's a pain in the cause they're scary and are scaring.
