The Challenges of Police Brutality in the United States

The best tool for any situation in descalation is the constitution of the united states of america. If i know and understand the constitution and my role in defending it, i believe that the problems with police brutality are going to disappear at least extremely. And so once we understand the principles of freedom that we, as peace officers swore an oath to appall and defend, our job is going to change immensely. It's a shield, not a sword.
