All or nothing thinking and inverted logic are two examples of this. Perfectionism plays a role in procrastination because people don't feel like it's ever going to be good enough, then they don't finish it. All you need is maybe 10 or 15 minutes a day consistently every day. You know, suddenly, suddenly you're taking ownership of the schedule by just changing your perspective a little bit.
