Being an exat is definitely to your advantage. I just think that people use it incorrectly. There's a lot of value in the competitive mind set. If you've never swung a mae bell before, take your athletic mind set and discipline into getting good at that. You can compete with speed or power but also restorative types as well. The number one mistake is they all just go the intensity route. Just think, oh, cause i practised hard and that got me so far sports, i'm going to apply that in the wait room. That's just the wrong way to go about it.
