Is the IACF a Steward?
In Cosmos, we don't really have that same sort of centralized planning as perhaps in Solana or some of these other ecosystems that you mentioned. But there is the IACF. There is interchange in BH and informal systems and to some extent, tenormenic night. And they still hold, I think, a lot of the power and perhaps sort of mimetic power as like these institutional organizations within Cosmos. They just want to be part of it, but they don't want to enforce to be in the center. For me, the test is new Unless Sunny gets crazy, I don't know.
