Introduction

Benedict Beckld holds a PhD in Philosophy and Classical Philology. He is the author of a very interesting new book from Cornell University Press, called Western Self-Contempt. The subtitle Oucophobia and the Decline comes from Roger Scruton who coined it in the 90s. It's basically the opposite of xenophobia when you fear foreigners.
