What Is Mindfulness?

mindfulness is simply being aware. And when you're aware of the fact that you're not aware, you switch back to being aware. For exam, i'll just do a quick little thing here. Hold out your hands for a second in front of you,. Take a look at the back of your hands and really notice what they look like. This might be something you haven't actually done in a very long time. Have they changed? What colors are there? What textures are there? Does bringing your attention to your hands actual make them feel different? That's a really simple practice.
