Kyle Girock started doing public speaking in front of big rooms of real estate investors when he was 21 years old. The first one happened by accident at a trade show and a mortgage broker that's supposed to speak didn't show up. And the next thing I know, I'm being told, hey, Kyle, I need you to speak at 130. There were some butterflies going on in that one.
