The way we communicate has fundamentally changed in the last 20 years. We're talking to each other through the internet and getting our information from the internet, he says. And because we can do that, we can filter, even subconsciously, the information that comes into us. Even at the media level, we've bifurcated where one group of us is listening only to one source and the other group is only listening to the other source.
