Is There a Fourth Kind of Neutrino?

We have three flavors of neutrinos we call them electron, muon and tau. There's something called an asterol neutrino which I guess it's a different kind of neutrino. We know that they are different because the universe keeps count of how many electrons there are,. How many muons there are and how many taus there are. So you can't just create one electron. If you do so you have to also create an anti-electron. But the electron neutrino is sort of in the same column. That's what it means for these to be different neutrinos.
