The Differences Between Institutionalism and MMT
I think MMT departs very radically, right? That we don't have full employment. This is something that MMT would propose and have the right tools to ensure this. I guess in the developing world, the subject of trade is much more sensitive than in the developed world. And part of the reason why they view this focus on exports as a positive rather than imports is it has to do with this idea of reduce in dependency.
