Eric: I really admire like newsletters and I think people that are trying to at least take those ideas apart will Lawrence who used to be at meta and is now he's moved on has a newsletter called product life. He says it actually gives structure to thinking about product instead of just getting lost kind of like in generalities and hand-wavy statements. "It makes things tangible to a point where you can actually discuss them" -- Eric, as we wrap up our last call.
