I think the idea is that gladiobe and other stay behind networks as they became sort of frozen because they weren't needed in the, you know, the Soviet Union didn't invade in the 50s. And so, but those, the networks that were set up and the kind of off books, money and weapons, and then the networks within the intelligence created opportunities for actors to turn that into political lands like domestic political ends. Yeah, I think that's probably how that happened.
