Leadership is a fascinating topic, and it's a fascinating subject. One of the common themes that i see in so many great leaders is they have found a way to earn people's respect. And i think it's something that too many times we miss now. We think if i'm a leader, i need everyone to like me. But i can't live a life of longing for people to like us. I made a mindset switch early on in college when i was getting criticised more on a national stage. When you stand for something, especially when it matters, you're going to have enemies.
