Is the Status Quo Propped Up by the Ense Doble, or Is It Just Going to Be Resisted?
We've seen the ability for athletes to profit off of their name, image and likeness. We have complaints lodged through the national labor relations board. There's a case moving its way through federal court right now in philadelphia that's alleging that athletes at some pretty non big time schools like villanova are due minimum wage. And you have mostly democratic ersof congress, but not exclusively, that have called for giving athletes collective bargaining rights.
