The Transition to Distressed Acquisitions
If you're looking to buy a business at this point, the fact that the prices are already a bit lower is a better thing. And it's much easier to grow from that and create value if you have a lower starting point. But I don't think the environment itself is necessarily want to stand away from. For me, this is a period where it's all about active management. It's all about looking at the fundamentals of a business.
