I think exercise seems to have a really important role regulating. Basically, every system across the body. We shouldn't be surprised if it has an important role regulating energy intake and making that sort of getting you know, intake and expenditure in line. And I suspect that I probably do less sort of stress boredom eating when I'm when I'm exercising, you know, there's a little bit. So yeah, I think there might be a role there. The old like really liable stuff. It makes it harder. But the idea I think that there is if you do exercise, you're able to maintain it better so it, I don't know if it's affecting the hunger hormones or.
