What's Going on in Genesis 2?

The Bible is one book. It's not just a series of disparate stories or the worst version of that would be an angry God and a happy God or something like that. And so as I was reading through Genesis 2, specifically around verse 10, and you start reading about these rivers and gold and it's like, oh man, this sounds so beautiful. And it recalled, echoed in my mind where the Bible ends.
