The training for Butler Academy is fascinating. It's a combination of like learning the specifics on every form of etiquette. There was a three hour class I sat in on tea. You give me 45 minutes to do a place setting and I failed. Why does it matter? That's a really good question. The profession of bottling is one that I didn't even know. Wait, it's called bottling?
