play is a critical stress release from the pressures schedules and responsibilities of daily life. Play can take many forms but ideally involves unstructured outdoor physical activity to balance structured confined and sedentary forces in modern life. For me it's a nice disengagement from all the physical things that i do and all the cognitive work that i do that's one of my great hobbies I like to do dogs out of clay and that is in a seated position so i'm getting a minus point score because i'm already sitting working on my computer during my core daily responsibilities.
