There may be a slow disclosure going on with the government. People within the pentagon pushing hard against this, either because they don't wanto be embarrassed or to lose faith. In part, if nothing else, things have been kept from congress. And that's what's got congress so angry right now. They're going to have more hearings with people who really know.
