When we were ditch diggers there were very few people who look forward to digging a ditch in the hot sun but now lots of us work indoors. If we are dealing with something that's super important and critical and we don't trust the people who are doing it we have to instill surveillance in place, he says. "All their employees under surveillance at all times is fairly low stakes thing with people we do trust" 'If you walk in to the corner coffee shop you are treated with a smile if you forgot your money don't worry you can pay me tomorrow' he adds.
